Definitions

Account Security

Account Suspension and Termination

tgg77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Detection of duplicate accounts;
• Request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency;
• Determination that a player is under 21 years of age.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions by you, tgg77 reserves the right to retain any balance remaining in the account. Where an account is closed at tgg77's discretion without breach by the player, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Dispute Resolution
